- The Witch there is known as 'Zita' by many. Has a reputation for being fearsome and dangerous individual thanks to her centuries of experience with magic and the fact she can turn into a dragon and with how many fairy tales these days are the cause of her handiwork. When one meets her, she's actually very polite and cool and seems disinterested in the world and more focused on passing the day without incident.

- 'Zita' here is a nickname she picked up for some reason and has kept ever since. People who attempt to ask for her real name are disliked by her instantly. She's the guardian of D'Arcy Ketilriðr, a witch-in-training and partner of said security dragon.

- The shop specialises in creating enchanted crafts and items and potions for people. Popular items include Daylight Amber, a necklace that shines like a small sun if you whisper your magic words to it; Starlite, a bottle containing a flash of colours and 'stars' that explodes in a lovely explosion if you open it up; Windmist, a bracelet that shrouds someone's footsteps for a few hours, and many more.

- A tad bit on the expensive side considering the materials needed to make some of her items but her merchandise is well worth it. If you know what you want. She makes it a point to follow the letter, not the spirit, of what someone asks for.
